These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and to any purchase you make from Lumière ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Using Our Store
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its security or operation.

2. Products
We do our best to show product colors, finishes and details accurately. Because screens and lighting differ, the actual color of the gel may look slightly different in person. Product images may include styled or illustrative content.

3. Safe Use
Our gel pens and UV/LED lamps are intended for cosmetic use on natural nails only. Do not use on damaged, broken or irritated skin or nails, and stop use if irritation occurs. Avoid contact with skin and eyes, do not look directly into the lamp light, and keep products out of reach of children. If you have known sensitivities to nail products, test on one nail before full use.

4. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless another currency is displayed at checkout, and may change without notice. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or an item being unavailable. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

6. Shipping, Returns and Privacy
Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property
All text, images, videos, logos and other content on this site belong to Lumière or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumière is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect as soon as it is posted on this page.
