Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Lumière set. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, gel pens that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective or in the wrong color, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.

How to Start a Return
Email us at samiryedek047@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back, as returns sent without authorization can't be processed.

Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer and is non-refundable. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, you pay nothing.

Exchanges
Want a different color? Contact us before your 30-day window ends and we'll help you exchange it.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been opened or used (unless defective), items damaged after delivery, and returns requested after the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund.
