Shipping Policy

Free Worldwide Shipping
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Delivery Times
United States: usually 5–12 business days after shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or peak seasons.

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order price.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email us at samiryedek047@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.

Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
